create RAID arrays in Hardware, Linux RAID.

The following image shows the Linux RAID array management page.

First you select your RAID type. you have the following choices.

• Concatenated (Linear)
• Striped (RAID0)
• Mirrored (RAID1)
• Parity (RAID4)
• Redundant (RAID5)
• Dual Redundant (RAID6)
• Striped and Mirrored (RAID10)

RAID device options

Device file: /dev/md0 (automatically generated)
Persistent superblock? Yes/No (Yes is the default)
layout: Default
Chunk size: 4kB (the default)
Partitions in RAID: (select every relevant partition except one)
Spare partitions: (select the one not selected in the previous group)
Create.
