A Web Architect is the person you call before you start planning a Web site. A lot of people waste a lot of money starting with Web design then moving quickly to Web development. Australia is a happy healthy place despite floods, drought, and many truly second rate politicians wasting our tax money on short term plans that are, in most cases, known to be wrong before the first contract is signed.
